Martin Grady

Managing Director

Martin spent twelve years in the Writers’ branch of the Royal Navy. Since 1999 he has worked in high-level HR and recruitment, including time spent with a major European automotive consultancy and at IBM as an HR Consultant. His expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of HR and Recruitment solutions including Executive Search, Managed Services, Interim recruitment, managed advertising campaigns, Training and Outplacement.

Martin brings a wealth of experience in the Automotive, Marine and Defence industries to his role as Director of Hawker Chase. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s complete Executive Search portfolio and championing its methodology: to establish a profound understanding of the requirements of top level executives and hiring firms in order to deliver the best possible service to both.

A keen dinghy and offshore sailor with a number of World, European and National regattas to his name, Martin is also a keen supporter of Welsh rugby and enjoys playing golf.
