The information security industry is a complex and under resourced market. Given the unprecedented growth in the cyber market there is a lack of talent across the industry. Hawker Chase are actively working with Government agencies, Academic Partners and accreditation authorities to establish academic courses to help further develop and diversify the pool of available talent. This takes the form of a Cyber Conversion Course – taking technology professionals, technical service leavers and graduates, giving them the requisite skills and training to transition into the cyber market. This is a significant project that involves many moving parts and we will update on progress regularly.
